  • How to use the SPATULA
    “ALLDA” exclusive spatula is made of silicon, no harm for human body, due to good elasticity of silicon, the shape is not easily transformed.

    1) Heated assistant basket can be easily pulled out with the loop of the rear of spatula.

    2) After finishing booking, it can scrape clean the content within the utensil.

    3) It’s sanitarily designed not to touch the floor even it’s laid down on the floor stained with food on.
  • How to insert material while cooking?
    1) Insert material into the material injection part only pulling up the measuring cup without opening the vessel cover while cooking.

    2) Liquid material is made to flow inside through the gap between the injection part and measuring cup when pouring it onto the utensil cover without opening the measuring cup.
  • What is the use of assistant basket?
    1) It’s used as the assistant steamer while steaming the materials by inserting into the cooking utensil.

    2) Convenient for cooking Samgyetang (chicken stew with ginseng), meat ball, fish ball, etc., difficult to cook directly in the utensil.

    3) It takes a role of the filter net when grinding and extracting fruits or vegetables.

    4) It can be utilized as an assistant utensil to be inserted into the steamer to make a round shape for steam cook.

    5) It can directly scoop by boiling pasta, grains, and vegetables.

    6) Triangle direction indication is marked on the spatula and the assistant basket. It is safe to pull out the assistant basket using the paddle loop in the form where the triangles face each other.​
  • Which food is good for whisk?
    Whisk can be simply inserted into the revolving blade handle, useful for various use.

    • Making bubble such as fresh cream whipping, egg meringue, etc.

    • Pudding, sauce, cream as butter cream, etc.

    • Heating soup, gruel, baby food, etc.

    • Soft paste cook as hot cake, sponge cake, etc.

    • For jellied food, jam​

    • When using whisk, limit revolving speed up to 5-level. Parts can be damaged.

  • Do all functions stop when opening the utensil cover?
    Even when utensil cover is open, temperature or time setting and scale function can work. However, motor for cooking works only when the cover is closed for safety.

    Never open the utensil cover forcedly while high speed revolving or high heat cooking.

    When opening the cover to inject material or internal material arrangement while cooking, be sure to put speed switch “stop” to stop the revolving blades.

    ALLDA is designed to stop revolving immediately through “emergency brake” function when the utensil cover is forcedly removed during operation.​
  • What’s the difference between temporary stop and cancel?
    Temporary stop is a function to open the cover to inject additional material or use scale function while cooking, or temporarily stop cooking or operation due to a special situation occurrence.

    1) Motor stops when turning the revolving speed switch “stop” position.

    2) After the motor stops, start desired work.

    3) To restart cooking, set the desired speed by turning the speed switch.

    ※ In the state of temporary stop, the existing set temperature and time are maintained, which can be corrected to a new temperature and time.

     

    Cancel is a function to cancel currently operating cooking or operation and start another work.

    1) Shortly press power button. (Power terminates when pressing over 2 seconds.)

    2) All the operations stop, turning to initial screen.

    ※ In the state of cancel, the existing set temperature and time are initialized, so that all conditions should reset.
  • How to use right scale function
    Scale function is a convenient function to measure the food material according to the designated amount on recipe, which can be repeatedly used any time before or in the middle of cooking.

    Whenever use, press the scale button and use according to the guide.

    Injection of materials are performed by direct insert into the utensil or measure by putting the material in the bowl, etc. on the main body.​

    There’s no limitation of the number of continuous use, however cumulative weight is available up to 3kg. When over 3kg, error occurs in the scale function, indicating ---- .

    Be careful not to have the power code underlie under the main body of ALLDA, or too tight. If the main body is not put on flat side, scale function may operate in error.

    While measuring, do not touch “ALLDA” main body or lean any other substance against it, never move it.

    ALLDA’s scale function is measured in the electronic measuring method, which takes 1~2 seconds to measure the accurate weight, insert materials slowly.​
  • cooking temperature setting.
    Cooking temperature is done between 37℃(fermentation) ~ 120℃(steam) according to recipe, while cold food material process as mixing, mincing, etc. is not needed to set cooking temperature.

    Heating is not applied immediately when setting the temperature, for safety, it’s connectively designed to heat when the motor revolves by operating the speed switch.

    When cooking starts, temperature LED flickers along with heating.

    ALLDA  is designed to prevent accident or disorder by high heat with double overheat prevention device by temperature sensor and bi-metal.
