Power connection

The basic screen is displayed with a cheerful sound by connecting the power or switching power on.
Check whether the temperature (speed) switch in on the 0(stop) position (left end).

Inserting the blade

Check whether the blade is inserted in the container.
When the blade is put in the insert location of the container bottom, it is fixed very simply while rotating automatically.

Inserting cooking bowl

Insert the dry bowl in the main body slowly with its handle in the center,
At this time, fully insert the connection terminal on the bottom of the bowl into the main socket.

Measuring

Press the scale button and the screen changes into the scale input screen with voice guidance to put the ingredient
Check the weight in g unit displayed in real time while putting the ingredient
If you want to add the ingredient, you can initialize it by pressing the scale button again, and also use the scale function after pausing during cooking.
Measure the ingredient by putting it directly in the bowl or on the lid of the container.

Fixing of the lid of the bowl

Be sure to close the lid of the bowl properly when you start to cook with the ingredient, if not closed correctly, the device will not operate.
Turn and fix the handle of the lid of the container clockwise to the safety lock until it snaps

Putting dry ingredients during cooking

When you put the dry ingredient during cooking, you can put it through materials inlet without opening the lid of the bowl.

Pouring liquid ingredients during cooking

When you pour the liquid ingredient during cooking, you pour it around the lid of the bowl with the measuring cup closed, the liquid ingredient flows into the gap under the measuring cup along the slope of the lid.

ALLDA: performs all basic cooking functions by a combination of the values of step1,2, 3 of ① cooking temperature(TEMP) ② cooking time(TIME) ③ blade rotation speed (SPEED)

The cooking temperature and time may not be set according the recipe.
The cooking time can be set as required and if you set the cooking time in advance, safe cooking is possible by the timer function.

STEP 1 : Setting cooking temperature

Turn the temperature switch on the left and set the desired temperature.
When turn the switch, LED turns on in sequence (Green to 90℃, Red Color to 95℃ or higher)

120℃ is the temperature for steam cooking.
If you do not use the heating function such as chopping, you can omit setting the temperature.
When the heating starts, the LED corresponding to the room temp of the bowl is displayed by flashing.
The temperature can be freely adjusted during operation

STEP 2 : Setting cooking time

Set the cooking time by pressing MIN and SEC buttons, respectively.
The setting time is displayed on the screen
( Maximum 99 minutes and 59 seconds)
If you want to cook for a long time, set the cooking time in advance and use the timer function

In the case of simple cooking, it’s better not to set the cooking time, and it’s convenient to use the timer function when cooking for a long time.
You can adjust the time freely during operation.
You can initialize the set value by pressing Power/Cancel buttons to cancel the set time.

STEP 3 : Setting rotation speed/Start operation

If you set the desired speed, the unit operates at the same time
(11 steps from stirring to level 10 crushing)
ALLDA has no separate operation start switch, and the device starts operation when setting speed switch.

If the lid of the bowl is open or the cooking time is not set, the device does not operate even when setting the speed switch.
When the cooker works, cooking elapse time is displayed by increasing by 1 second. (operating up to 100 minutes)
When the cooking time is set beforehand, time automatically performs with Count Down, you can feel relieved doing other job.

STEP 4 : End of cooking

When it’s desired cooking time, stop operation pressing power/ cancel button.
When setting cooking time beforehand, cooking finish is announced with signal sound and operation stops.
For the reset of condition for the next cooking, temperature (speed) switch must be initialized to 0(stop) position.

Temporary stop

In order to temporarily stop operation for additional injection of material during cooking or measuring, etc.
Operation and time of motor temporarily stops when turning speed switch to stop, and operates again when resetting the existing speed.

Cancel

Use this function when initializing the existing set value to cancel all cooking currently operating.
Shortly press the power button, and cancelled.

Power-saving mode

Press power button for 2~3 seconds, power-saving mode starts with an information sound.
When the device does not work for 20 minutes, power-saving mode starts automatically.
Unplug or disconnect the power cord if not used for a long time.

Other special functions

Reverse mode

Each time you press the button, the reverse and forward rotation are repeated.

Kneading mode

If you set the time only, it is automatically activated according to its own program.
If the temperature of the cooking bowl is 50℃ or higher, the kneading function does not work.

Cleaning mode

If you clean the bowl for the next cooking, pour 500ml of water in the bowl and operate it, the bowl is cleaned by strong water flow.

Turbo mode

It is not used in kneading and the reverse rotation mode or when the cooking bowl is 80℃ or higher.
When the motor is stopped, press the button to operate, and release the button to stop.

Usage Tip

Make sure to mount the blades for each cooking.: ALLDA applies 3D cooking method to revolve and cook in all cooking process.
Generally, cooking by mixing, mincing, grinding by blade, as well as revolving cooking by blade is performed, mixing the materials well, the materials are evenly cooked, preventing scorching on the bottom, cooking is delicious and tasty.
For steam cooking, an effect to generate more steam.

Installation on flat and firm place Installation on flat and firm place: If the main body is not put on the flat surface, scale does not work precisely, vibration and noise can occur while operation. For safe use, install it on flat and wide place.

Do not put the main body into the water. Do not put the main body into the water.: Do not put the main body into the water. Water or alien substance within the main body can be the cause of electric shock or disorder. Keep main body connection socket always dry on the bottom of the utensil.

Cautious about burn by heat while cooking: Cautious about burn due to hot steam through the gap between the bowl lid while heating or steam cooking. After cooking ends, be careful to open the bowl lid, particularly, keep out of the reach of children.

Use the materials inlet lid as the measuring cup. It has maximum 100ml scale indication, easy to use per each material.

While cooking or after cooking, use the spatula, which does not need to be supported by other bowl or support.

Insert hot water and a little detergent while operating wash. However, be sure to tightly close the measuring cup to prevent popping out of the contents when using wash button.

Cooking Tip

From cold cook to hot cook: Before cooking soup, stew, or steam, firstly no-heating cook such as food material process of kneading. For example, kneading is stopped when the utensil temperature is over 50℃ due to fermentation problem.

Time saving with simultaneous cooking: While heating, enjoy steam cook simultaneously using an assistant basket or steamer with that heat or steam.

Steam circulation is important for steam cook: Put the materials in proper interval to deliver the steam in every part of the materials. If the materials are too close each other, it takes long to cook with the steam generated from boiling water.

Steam takes time differently according to material.: Put the material that takes long to cook on the bottom, one that takes short on the middle of the assistant steamer. When inserting water 500ml (2 cups and a half) into the utensil, it cooks around 30 minutes.

Inject liquid with the materials inlet lid(measuring cup) closed: If you pour liquid materials into the bowl lid without opening the measuring cup, it goes down the sloping side of the bowl lid and flows into the gap between the measuring cup and materials inlet. In case of mixing by slowly adding oil as mayonnaise, it flows in little by little when pouring on the bowl lid.

Soft dish is cooked in reverse revolving: Soft noodles or vegetables, etc. are easy to be broken. Cook in reverse revolving not to cut the materials by revolving blades. It slowly stirs the materials with the knife back, materials are not damaged.

A little more water makes more fine grinding.: For more fine grinding of materials for gruel, soup, juice, smoothie, etc., do not pour liquid as water or milk at a time, but grind by inserting a little amount. You can enjoy more soft food when you grind again after inserting the rest liquid into the already grinded material.

For delicious steamed cook: For jam cooking, put temperature 110~120 with revolving speed 2~4 level, cooking for 30~60 minutes checking the concentration according to the material.

The cooking method can be changed according to individual taste.: Cooking time or speed presented in the recipe book is the most common standard. Please adjust the cooking method according to individual taste and find the best taste only for you.
